Our 4 star hotel in the heart of meticulously restored medieval old town of Obernai is a former-house of the respectable Baron de Gail. The distinguished family gave rise to a hotel whose refined courtly character conveys an atmosphere of intimacy and elegance to our guests. The stylish renovated buildings of the hotel provide a cosy ambience. Original wooden-beamed ceilings, the painstakingly refurbished half-timbering and the artistic witnesses of centuries past tells its own tale. This hotel is an ideal base for touring in the scenic surrounding of Obernai and offers a peaceful also tranquil setting for those who wish to relax or laze. The restaurant "Le Jardin des Remparts" presents a menu offering fresh produce from Alsace. Our guests will enjoy dining in the wine tavern "Le Caveau de Gail" which has been beautifully and aesthetically renovated to its former glory vaulted-ceiling cellar. We highly recommed also to have a meal in an open-air tent in the midst of lovely garden during tepid summer nights.
